Hi Friends and Happy Monday! It was a very full weekend in these parts and I am excited to share!
Here is what our little weekend looked like and linking up for Hello Monday HERE
Friday Night
CCD looks a little different now...our parish and all of the Catholic parishes in NH are now doing what they call "Family Faith"...this means that our entire family takes part as Eva is preparing for her upcoming sacraments.
Friday night was our first session and we talked about all of the sacraments...although we are very tired on Friday nights, we rallied and had a great time..I know Eva learned so much and had fun doing it.
She even came up with our team name...
Saturday
Rob had to get Eva to an extra early hockey game so we had to forego our Date Walk...but I knew I would be getting lots of exercise this day so it was all good.
I started out with a Saturday morning date with Diana at our fave Starbucks of course...
Then we both headed to LDA- Diana headed into her dance classes and I helped the Tech Crew do something that will go down in history...it was the end of an era...our famous Nutcracker Christmas Tree was getting destroyed....Jeremy, Head of Our Tech Crew, is going to create a new one...can't wait to see it....
I took place in the destroying and we had many laughs....
But first...a ride on the sleigh ;)
and now this....
and then it was time for me to head over to Michelle's House so we could set up for Laurel's Surprise 50th! It was a great day and the tent and grounds ended up being beautiful!
Then we headed home to shower and get ready- yeah!
Rob and I got the girl settled...Diana with dance friends and Eva with Papa Bob and then we headed to grab a quick cocktail and appetizer...as it was our date night too!
Meanwhile, in Manchester, these crazies had a blast and enjoyed the Dear Evan Hansen movie :)
Then it was time to surprise Laurel and enjoy such a fun night....had the most fun we have had in a long time....just amazing all around!
Oh what a night! :)
Sunday
It was time for mass and then getting organized for the week! Diana had her first Nutcracker rehearsal and then we all headed to the cast meeting last night...so so happy to be able to have it in person again! Every cast member gets introduced and we get the details for the season...warmed my heart!
Diana will be dancing the roles of Party Girl, Harpist and Chinese Ribbon
and Eva will be dancing the roles of Baby Mouse and Polichinelle!
Excited for another great season! Now that's a wrap! Back to the grind!
