Hello Monday and Hello Festive Weekend!

Hi Friends and Happy Monday!  Sorry we are late-the weekend got away from me!  Sarah and I are so glad you stopped by.

If you blogged today, please grab our graphic above and link back up with us below!

Here is what our little weekend looked like...

Friday Night

Lea came over so Eva could ask her an important question- she is receiving Holy Communion AND Confirmation in May and she asked Miss Lea to be her sponsor and gave her, her favorite snack from Trader Joe's- Lea was very happy and there were tears all around!

Later, I brought Diana and her bestie to the mall and Daddy and Eva went to Family Faith.  It was a quiet cozy night and I was grateful!

Saturday

We slept in a little bit so no date walk and no dance! Eva and I played around with an elf filter on Snapchat- boy did we laugh!

Then the girls packed up and headed up to Portsmouth (my favorite town in America) for our annual Christmas overnight with the Fournier Girls.

We had a great time catching up...exchanging Christmas gifts, having an amazing lunch at Surf and shopping in the most adorable little shops that were all decorated for the holidays!

Later on, we let the girls swim and we relaxed and then we were honestly so full for hours after lunch that never made it out to dinner.  We let the girls get some food in the hotel...Cass and I watched Pitch Perfect 2 and called it a night!

I ended the night the same way I did last year and that was getting cozy with Pidge and watching Christmas vacation.  Honestly, after this crazy year, it is just what the doctor ordered!

Sunday

Our family was up bright and early as always and I took the girls to the cutest little cafe- The Works.  Diana and I enjoyed Power Bowls and Pidge got a Bagel Sandwich.  It was amazing!

We then headed home and I was able to go to mass with Rob which made my heart happy :)

Diana settled in to do her homework and Rob, Eva and I headed to Aby's Birthday- the kids had a blast and the adults did too!  It was a Winter Wonderland Carnival theme and so fun for all of us!

Last night, Diana had a rehearsal for her ballet exams and after the girls hung with Papa while Rob and I headed over to the Batsons for our Annual Christmas Exchange and Dinner...it was the perfect way to end our weekend...we had so many laughs and just a great time- grateful!

and this one is called "Mike And The French Press"...such a beautiful process ;)

When we headed home, I had to snap a few pics of this beautiful snow fall...beautiful because it was only an inch of snow :)

What a busy weekend. But it looks like it was a lot of fun! I love Christmas Vacation. We just might have to watch it this week. That ring is really pretty. I sooo wish I could make one of those balloon arches.
