Um, those Rolo Ritz bars sound incredible. I am adding them to my "to make" list. Maybe I'll have to "try" them out when no one is around, just in case they aren't any good, lol.

I love watermelon and feta. I love cantalope and proscuitto w/ some fresh basil and a dash of pepper. Those desserts look delish...and I say yes to anything lobster!
