Remi is turning ONE next week- can't believe it! We bought his special food in a wet version and we are going to stick a candle in it and sing to him...so of course he has to dress for the occasion!

Healthy Dessert
Totally detoxing and trying to stay away from too many carbs and sugar...this dessert is a great alternative...it has 21 grams of protein in each serving! There are instructions on how to make it and options- you can make it like a cake, a pudding or a lava cake...I make it like a lava cake and it is totally delish and satisfying!

The healthy dessert looks really good. When I am trying to eat really low carbs, I will buy the keto little brownie cups (look the same size as the ones you bought) that you add water to and microwave for a low carb sweet treat.
