After crashing early on Friday night, the rest of the weekend was complete with business and much fun!
Ally and I studies at The Village Bean and grabbed some sushi for lunch..we then surprised her by picking up Aaron and they got to spend some quality time together
Monkey, Daddy and I headed over to Elisa's on Saturday night, where her and her hubby Manny served us a stellar meal...they went ALL OUT...shrimp cocktail, stuffed mushrooms, eggplant rolitini (and that was just the apps)...dinner was prime rib, pork crown roast, stuffing, potatoes, corn, asparagus with hollandaise sauce, salad and focaccia bread and dessert was fresh pineapple and strawberries drizzled with Galliano...UNREAL...Diana tried shrimp for the first time and LOVED it..we were a little worried that she may be allergic but she could not get enough and it seemed to work...she was bragging about how much fish she ate after ;)
We had some great laughs...(oh yeah and some great wine!) Here are a few pix...
Today was Diana's little Valentine Swaree for some of her closest pals from dance and/or town...sugar sugar sugar...well not just sugar...I tried to include some healthy snacks too...here is what I did (I am kinda proud of what I put on today)
