This was the second year we did a holiday dinner with the Bannermans. This year was our turn to host and we all had a ball...from the toddlers entertaining us to Aaron and Zach leading the show on peppermint whip cream tosses...we covered it all...great night with special friends...the tradition continues!
I baked a ham and made a citrus horseradish glaze...along with that, for the first time, I made my mom's fettucini alfredo...it came out just like hers...I was so proud...it got devoured! Then the salad was an arugula, goat cheese and kalamata (greek style salad) and we also enjoyed green beans with shallots
For dessert, we indulged in Klem's "TV Snack Cake" and homemade peppermint hot chocolates
