2. How tuned in are you to all the recent food related health news? Have you gotten rid of your scratched cookware? Did you pay attention to food additives before they made the news? What's one healthy eating/cooking/food shopping habit you need to adopt?
Oh gosh...not at all....no...my cookware is pretty beat up because I use it daily...I really don't pay attention to food additives...sad to say...I could do a better job of cutting up fruits and veggies and leaving them in big bowls for us to pick at during the week.
3. What's getting worse and worse as you get older? How about better and better?
My eyesight is getting worse and my hair is getting better with age-thank God- ha! Thank God for the hair not the diminishing eye sight but I am glad they have stylish readers nowadays
4. Are you more of an indoor person or an outdoor person? Elaborate.
I would've said indoor person until recently...nowadays I really try to get outside daily because I find it does me good mentally and physically and for the first time in my life I did not let Winter get in the way...I kept up my walks on the rail trail even in the snow and ice...I am still so surprised that I did that
5. If you had an expert personal assistant today, what would you have them do?
Plan our meals- do our shopping- manage my calendars- clean our house- schedule client visits for me and not accept one NO! Oh what a luxury that would be!
6. Insert your own random thought here.
Contemplating trying a garden again...looking for advice...is it too late this year? Any tips you can share? Appreciate all of the advice :)

There is so many adult problems to deal with isn't there, some days I feel like I would just like a day off.
I don't really take notice of food related news, there's more going on in the world that grabs my attention.
I said my eyesight too! I really need to book an eye test.
Good luck if you try with a garden again, I have no advice, I just plant things and hope! lol
What are your secrets for better hair?? Yours always looks so long (yet healthy) and good. Good job on walking outside even in the winter. I have always had pride (hopefully the healthy kind :)) in running outside in the winter. I actually enjoy it for the most part and it makes me feel like a world class athlete for doing it (until I realize how slowly I'm running and then I remember that I'm not a world class athlete, lol). I need the same personal assistant- let's go in halfsies and see if we can find someone!! Have a great day!
Love your garden advice- ha~! :)
You are too kind my friend. I have to credit my hairdresser Taylor. She repaired all of my broken hair by helping me to grow it out- not treating it with chemicals for a period of time-recommending Goldwell hair products with protein to help rebuild and it took some time but it is working. I get the Brazilian blowout a few times a year which makes it more manageable and less frizzy and I now alternate between Goldwell products and Pureology hydration products. I think that combined with the HRT is doing wonders :)
