Hi Friends and Happy Monday! I am here with Sarah
and we are chatting about our weekends. Hope you will join us! Here is what we were up to...
Friday Night
It was time for the annual Daddy Daughter Dance- we may get one more year out of Eva...maybe...so I felt this was a really special one :)
After our obligatory Front Step Photos, it was time to head over to our friends for some pics with friends
Lynn and John are always amazing hosts!
Dixie didn't want to miss out on anything-she is so cute!
and I got a few photos from Rob at the dance
I had a great time chilling with the other moms :)
Saturday
Well Miss Thing was finally able to join me at the gym- I snagged her a little class pack now that cheer is over- we had a great workout together
Later on, I brought Eva to my parents for a sleepover adventure and her and Mimi got busy baking! Love this pic :)
That night, we headed out with Cass and Steve. Steve is a pizza connoisseur and we have enjoyed hearing about his reviews- his fave is the New Haven style of pizza- typically he will recommend Frank Pepe's or Modern but we went to Sally's in a nearby town for their great atmosphere BUT the pizza was amazing too and we had a great night with our besties
Sunday
Diana and I hit the gym again for another great workout and then after showering, I headed out to Home Depot to snag some mulch and then did the grocery shopping. Diana did homework and Rob picked up Eva so they could head to their softball workout.
When I got home and got everything unloaded, I enjoyed our town paper, especially the two page spread on the cheerleaders!
I made dinner and did the meal planning and then I finished binging the Ruby Franke documentary on Hulu- eek. So crazy and scary- have you seen it?
Last night, Diana worked and the three of us headed to 6pm mass with one of our favorite priests. It was a pretty chill weekend! What were you all up to?

Your weekend sounds so nice! The pics from the daddy-daughter dance are great. Beautiful home and a great spot for pictures for sure! That pizza looks good. I have never heard of New Haven style before but from the picture I do think I'd be a fan :). We have Detroit and New York styles here (there may be more but that's all I've heard of...). So fun to have Diana in the gym with you and that cheer spread in the paper is awesome! Have a great Monday!
What a fun weekend! Eva looked so pretty in her pictures. I love that they do this together! She looks so tall standing next to Rob! I hope your week gets off to a great start, my friend. Happy Monday!
The pink dress is gorgeous - age appropriate and very fancy! She is growing up so much! Love that she got to sleepover and do baking. So good for our young girls to do things like this!
I love Eva's dress! Looks like you all had a great weekend! The Ruby Franke documentary was insane- I am so invested in that whole story😳
Father-Daughter Dances are such a sweet occasion! I have fond memories of my own and my daughter's and granddaughter's dances. Thta [izza looked amazing!
Eva is looking so grown up! Weirdly enough being from CT, I had never heard of New Haven style pizza before but I just Googled it.. but I'm pretty sure I've had it before just not knowing.
I love the pink dress! These father-daughter dances are so special. My daughter and I watched the Ruby Franke documentary last week. What a story! I didn't know anything about it but my daughter used to follow her sister online so was a little familiar. Such a sad tale. Looks like you had a great weekend! I need a friend who wants to check out all the pizza spots!
Oh, I love Eva's dress! That pizza looks so good!!!
