Here is what our little weekend looked like...
Friday
We scooted out of work for an hour that morning to see Eva perform in School House Rock- she made us proud :)
Friday Night
It was softball time for Eva and Daddy
and I took Diana and some besties up to Gilford NH to the Bank of NH Pavilion so they could see the Zac Brown Band- spoiler: they had a blast- they rocked from what I am told!
I enjoyed the ride home- no traffic and peaceful way to unwind from the week
Saturday
It was supposed to be a day full of softball and the strawberry festival in town but the games all got rained out and we took the opportunity to chill and totally decompress.
I made dinner for all of us and Diana headed to work and then we all (including Remi) snuggled and watched "Prom Pact" which is a Disney movie and completely adorable!
Sunday
On the way to the field...had to bop in and visit my favorite Barista ;)
and then we got some softball in! I was able to attend Eva's first game and they won :)
Then I headed out to an open house
The girls headed over to Cora's for some hotdogs in between games :)

After that, it was time to cook up dinner for the fam and then Diana and I headed out to the rail trail for a walk while Rob did yard work and Eva chilled
and last night? We headed to mass as a family of four..which made my heart happy...and then? You guessed it! We crashed EARLY :) What were you all up to?

That’s a great weekend. Sometimes those rainy days that cancel everything are just what we need. Congrats to Eva and team on the win. Hope the open house went well!

Love your all black outfit! So nice to go as a family anywhere these days. It's so rare for us now. Full weekend!
We spent Saturday inside too with all the rain and cold I didn't want to do anything... so I napped instead! It felt great. I never nap but it was much needed. Yesterday Evan and I did squeeze in a quick hike while Ian and my husband finished redoing our front walk.
What a great weekend! Even though plans changed, it didn't seem to have a bad impact on the weekend... At least Diana got to go to the concert and Eva got to play on Sunday. Love your open house outfit! Have a great Monday :).
The rare family dinner with everyone around the table is such a treat. Sometimes cancelled plans are the best kind. I hope your open house went well. My hubs comes home from open houses with all kinds of ideas for things we should do to our own house : ) Have a nice week!

Happy new month of June! WE have three borthdays in June so we will all gather at our house for an Italian dinner to clebrate!
Well done to Eva in the performance and it looks like Diana and her friends had fun. It sounds like the rainy day was a good day, taking some time to just relax.

Thanks Maria-you are right- any outdoor time is a victory especially after this spring- it has rained for 12 weekends straight!
I do the same thing Joyce-too funny! Get ideas and then I start purging things- it is not like we are showing our house but it makes me feel better I guess?!
