A failure or rejection you are grateful for
I constantly feel rejection at work both internally and externally...has been happening over the last several years and as frustrating as it is sometimes, it has truly helped to make me stronger...show more grit and prepare me for when I am running my own firm in the future...I have learned what I need and want...the kinds of people I would hire and certainly not hire...and most importantly the rejection has taught me about business in general and not taking things personally

The beach...always my answer :)

Resilience is such a great trait! You really see it in a school setting- some students seem to have it and some don´t. You are lucky to live near the coast and beautiful beaches!!
