So Uncle Matt came over last Saturday for a visit. He and Rob went to a local record store and spent a couple of hours looking for hidden treasures. My brother's passion and hobby is collecting albums so they had a great time. When they got back, we enjoyed a lobster and chicken dinner and these gems for dessert. Friends? They were SO EASY to make and truly addictive...like crack...seriously...don't make them if you are dieting! Anyway, because they were such a hit, I wanted to share them with you of course! Here is how quick and easy they are....
Ingredients
3 tbsp. butter, plus more for pan
1 package mini marshmallows
7 c. Golden Grahams cereal
3 Hershey's milk chocolate bars, broken into pieces
Directions
Grease a 9"-x-13" pan with butter. In a large pot over medium-low heat, melt 3 tablespoons butter. Add all but 1 cup of mini marshmallows and stir until melted and smooth.
Turn the heat off and quickly stir in Golden Grahams until evenly coated. Press into pan and top with chocolate pieces and remaining cup mini marshmallows.
Heat broiler, and cook until marshmallows are toasted, about 2 minutes. Let set at least 30 minutes, then slice and serve! (I actually refrigerated mine for 30 minutes before I sliced them up- it made it that much easier!)

Yum! I'll add these to our menu this week. I like that that are so easy to make!
These look yummy! I'm going to print out the recipe and possibly make them for the family reunion this weekend.
