Last night was the first night we brought out one of favorite things of fall- Disney's Ichabod Crane and the Headless Horseman (The Legend of Sleepy Hollow). I grew up watching this Halloween masterpiece with my Dad...we would always get to watch it at school and then by some kind of miracle, usually on the same night, I would get to watch it on t.v. and my Dad would ALWAYS watch it with me...one of our faves :)
Last night, after an awesome fall dinner (Caramel Apple Pecan Pork Chops, Wild Rice Stuffing with Almonds and Dried Cranberries, Green Beans with Red Onion and Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bars for Dessert) at our new abode, we turned on Ichabod and enjoyed
