2015- My Year in Review

January
It is always a pretty uneventful month for us- we bundle up- hunker down and stay inside most of the time!
This year was no different

February
Wolverines Banquet was a great time!
and we let Diana have a movie night with pals from school and town- that was a wild night!
Soccer Ball is always a fun night and really breaks up the winter!
I took these crazy cats to Build A Bear over School Vacation Week
We attended the EB Gala with the Ryan's- supported the sweetest little girl in town!
and it was a sweet Valentine's Day with our girlies
March
Well we got back to our crazy busy selves!
We celebrated Mimi's 67th birthday at Al Fresca in Tewksbury
and we celebrated Papa Bob's 77th birthday at home
I love election time but the results in March were more than devastating
Jerry was the best thing to ever happen to our school board and not enough voters came out and he lost- still burns
ECE Competition Season Time!
On St. Patty's Day, Diana got a visit from the Leprachaun! (Even though we are not Irish)
and Diana and Daddy enjoyed another wonderful Daddy Daughter Dance!

Rob and the Girls Participated in the Breast Cancer Fashion Show!
and Rob and I got to Grand Cayman with Aspect because of the amazing year he had!
It was tough to leave our little ones behind but we enjoyed some rest and relaxation!
and Sweet Eva (a.k.a Pidge) turned 1! We had a big celebration at home!
May
You can tell when Spring hits....life becomes much more active for us and I start enjoying every moment again
We had a beautiful Mother's day and enjoyed brunch with my parents in Boston

Diana lost her first tooth!
Ally graduated from UNH!
I enjoyed a night out with my Windham Gals- we enjoyed dinner at Tangerino in Charlestown- Amazing!
We celebrated Cass' birthday at The Black Cow in Newburyport- fun way to start Memorial Day Weekend!
The next day we had fun at Beth Ann and Matt's!
We loved watching Daddy march again!
and we wrapped up the holiday weekend, as we always do, by planting our garden- Papa helped us this year!
I enjoyed a fun summer night on our deck with Julie and her kiddos
Strawberry Festival was a blast again- especially when Daddy was in the dunk tank!
and Greer and I finally cooked together. We made a beef dinner for our hubbies!
June
My Windham gals and I enjoyed a hot summer night at Tuscan Kitchen in Burlington
Wine Pairings galore and of course the charm of Billy Costa
We loved going to Diana's author tea to celebrate the end of First Grade
We celebrated Eva's Baptism Anniversary with her godparents Alice and Chuck
and the last day of school was fun...after school the moms and kids celebrated at The Fourniers
Diana's Dance Recital did not disappoint!
Father's Day was low key but exactly what Rob wanted and loved- all of his kiddos there!
We wrapped up the month with some grillin' and chillin' with some of our closest Windham peeps
July
We spent 4th of July Weekend with my parents in Kennebunkport Maine...we had a blast!
Beach....lobster rolls....walks downtown...shopping...and great cocktails!
We had our first "Hot Dog Hoedown" at the Graham's...of course Greers' hot dog won the contest!
and then we spent a great week at the beach in Dennis "down the Cape" with the Fourniers...the weather was perfect ALL WEEK!
August
After vaca, we headed right into Wolverine's Cheer Season and this year I helped to coach Diana's team
It was definitely one of the biggest highlights of my year and such quality time spent with my special girl!

UCA Camp was a good experience for Diana- even though she got scared and didn't stay overnight, she enjoyed the day time sessions and even won an award for being a hard worker!
It was also the "Summer of Swim" for Diana....swim lessons...time at Sky Meadow and lots of pool play dates with friends from town...she completely lost her fear and started even jumping into the deep end with no bubble!
Had so much fun this summer at Beth Ann's pool
and I enjoyed some golf lessons with some lady friends from town!
Team Will had a fun night in Boston!
and who doesn't love a little Slip-N-Slide!?
Diana turned 7 and we celebrated with a "Pancakes and Pajamas" Party!
September
Back to school time! Diana is so blessed to have Mrs. Martin this year- she has more energy than Diana if you can believe it! What a great match...can't say enough great things about her!
The day before school started, Diana got to meet her!
and on the first day of school, we took our obligatory photos of course :)
I carried on the tradition in town of "Moms and Mimosas"...once the kids got on the bus...the moms celebrated...I mean mourned ;)
Wolverines Jaguars Day was a Blast!
and then we headed to the beach for the rest of Labor Day Weekend....had a ball with some of our closest friends from town
My birthday festivities were so fun...a night out at BWG with my closest pals ever
and my mom made me a special dinner...she never disappoints!
Hit the pumpkin patch with some cheer pals!
and cheer picture day was HOT...got some good shots that day though!
We celebrated Alexandra and Clare's Baptism
and Rob and I capped off our month at the Newport Wine and Food Festival with some friends....we had a great night away! It was an amazing experience!
October
We tried to cram in as many Fun Fall activities as possible!
We hit the Milford Pumpkin Festival with Mimi and Papa
Rob and I attended a Murder Mystery Party at a friend's house in town- what a blast!
This year's Halloween Turf Bash was Epic- I don't know how we did it but we pulled together 20 of us and all had different Super Heroes and Villains Costumes- we blew this picture up and framed it for all of our friends!
and Halloween itself was a blast....Diana was Maleficent and Eva was Baby Sleeping Beauty
We visited Mimi, Papa and Uncle Matt first
and then Grammy and Papa Bob
and we enjoyed dinner at Nicole's and then trick-or-treating of course!
We ended up our night at Laurel and Tom's which was so...much...fun!
November
We attended the NHIAA Championship Football Game at UNH to support our hometown team

The night before Thanksgiving, Rob and Kevin played at Red's...we had a blast watching them and I even got to sing a song...Who Says You Can't Go Home...Bon Jovi and Jennifer Nettles
Thanksgiving Morning we did the Annual Turkey Trot as a family!
and Thanksgiving was wonderful...I LOVE hosting this holiday!
I even went Black Friday shopping w/ my BFF for the first time-we had a blast!
The next day, we hit the Stone Zoo Lights with Mimi and Papa Pete!
and we wrapped up the weekend by our family photo shoot for our Christmas Cards
Papa Bob did such a great job that we blew up one of them into a canvas print...it now is proudly displayed in our front foyer (below is one of our outtakes)
December
This month was a month FULL of celebrations!

What a year it has been....more blessed than ever...more grateful...sad to see it go but looking forward to what the New Year will bring XOXOXO
