Caden's Molten Lava Cakes

My friend Laurel's son Caden is a wonderful cook
He has a passion for it.
His wonderful cooking skills extend to his baking ability as well.

One night we were at their home and he whipped up the most delicious lemon seared scallops

For dessert, we were treated to his decadent molten lava cakes.
We were lucky enough to be sent home with the recipe too and I thought I would share it with you

4 oz Baker's Chocolate
1 Stick of Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
1 and 1/4 Cups of Powdered Sugar
2 Eggs PLUS 3 Egg Yolks
1/2 Cup Flour

Stir with wisk and then add
the Vanilla, Powdered Sugar, Eggs and Yoks
Stir Thoroughly
Add the flour at the end
Put in the Greased Cups
Bake for 13-15 minutes

Delicious to serve with creme fresh or whipped cream and berries

This is my 12 year olds favorite recipe! I think the last one I made was from Mels Kitchen Cafe, I will have to try this one too!
