Kale Chips
Thanks to my bestie for giving me this recipe. Cass- you were right- healthy AND delicious!
All you have to do is buy a head of Kale- cut out the ribs- wash and dry completely. Cut apart leaves in bite size pieces. Lay out flat (not touching each other) on a cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sea salt.
Bake at 300 degrees for 10-15 mins.
When you take out the kale, it will be crispy...melts in your mouth...just delish!
