I had missed it...I have been so busy that I let my days get away from me and hadn't been in like a week...felt so great to get back this week and to bring a long my little sidekick...though he was too excited...he pretty much beat me up...ha!

Speaking of my sidekick, with Rob's new job, I am the only one in the house now during the day so he is STUCK with me...ha! We have become even closer if that is possible...just love my little buddy :)
Under Contract!
So with my first listing, I learned so so much. I felt like I learned more in one week than I did in my three month real estate class. I really enjoyed the selling side of the transaction. It is not over until we close in May but I loved the open houses and showings and signage and answering questions and learning from my amazing boss Laura. Best of all I got to help some best friends and they are very happy and said that I made the process very easy FTW! We went under contract in 6 days!

It was my turn to host and we read "The Let Them Theory" by Mel Robbins. The book is life changing...check it out!
That's a wrap! We have a busy weekend here- celebrating my mom's bday tonight and Papa Bob's on Sunday and in between we are all headed to the New England Cheer competition in Worcester Mass- woohoo! Have a great one friends!

Congrats on your first listing/sale! That is exciting and how wonderful that you have such a great support network. The cheer pictures are simply amazing! What great "stills" to have in addition to videos of the cheers. I hope the girls do great this weekend!
