I will start making chili soon in honor of fall. The chili recipe your posted sounds like something that I would like to try except that I don't like the taste of beer so I don't know if I should chance making the recipe. It looks so unique and fallish though so I want to try it!! I will for sure make the chicken and squash risotto recipe. That looks amazing.
