Hello Monday (July 21, 2025)

Hi Friends and Happy Monday!  I am here with Sarah and we are chatting about our weekends. Hope you will join us!

Friday

Diana and I walked at the rail trail first thing!

While I worked, Diana headed to the Cheer Kick Off Pool Party- she had a blast and can't wait for her senior season!

That night, we loved seeing Eva in her DRT Performance- she played Grandpa Joe in Willy Wonka Jr :)

and the finale

 Saturday

Rob, Diana and I headed to a tour of Merrimack College in nearby North Andover.

Our friend from town, Linda, who works there, was there to greet us! :)

All three of us loved the school

Later on, Diana headed to work, Rob headed to a gig and Eva and I picked up her bestie to head up to Derryfield to see our friend Caden in Anastasia- he was WONDERFUL!

After the show, we headed to the McLain's for a cookout with some friends and had a great night :)

Sunday

It was a nice and slow morning which is exactly what I needed.  I grabbed a tea and read the rest of my book- heaven!

Later on, I headed up to the seacoast to meet my new buyers so they could show their parents the house they are going to buy- I think this is going to be one of my favorite parts of this job- experiencing and witnessing the joy it all brings :)

On the way home, Rob met me at the grocery store and helped me get the grocery shopping done.

When we got home, he unloaded and organized while I made dinner- we enjoyed steak, shrimp salad and tomato ricotta pasta- delish!

Last night, we wrapped up our weekend with Sunday mass.

It was another great summer one...what were you all up to?

What a great weekend! I love seeing your girls do what they love: performing like Eva did and Diana hanging out with and supporting her friends. Also, I think that would be a favorite for me as well with your job, all the joy you get to experience. Have a great Monday, my friend!

Your weekend sounds really nice- glad the college visit went well. Eva's performance looks so cute- great job to her and the cast. Your homebuyers are lucky to have you as an agent- I'm sure you're going above and beyond :). Have a great Monday!

Sounds like a wonderful summer weekend. Your girls are so well-rounded with both sports and dance/music/theatre. The plays all look like fun. We haven't seen any theatre in too long, but are making plans to see some this fall. Congrats on the sale!

Another fabulous and fun filled weekend. I have a few colleges I'm thinking of touring with Evan but we were hesitating at visiting during the summer when hardly anyone is there-- but it sounds like you had a great time on your college tour! Maybe I should reconsider that..

Gosh, what a BUSY weekend! Great dinner to wrap it all up, for sure :). I think I would love the excitement of helping someone buy a home they were excited about too!! I doubt that will ever get old.
