It's been said 'variety is the spice of life'...in what way is this true for you? Elaborate.
I think it is true in my meal planning...don't want my girls to get bored so really try to show variety in our menus. It is so funny because when Eva really likes a specific dish, she will say, "in the rotation please." I always smile because that makes me happy
What's something in your life that adds 'spice' (excitement, intensity) even if it also comes with challenge or unpredictability?
My First Born...nuff said ;)
If you could instantly master one skill or hobby, what would it be and why?
Paddle Boarding or even doing Yoga on a Paddle Board...I would love to be out on the ocean...rowing...exercising...enjoying the beauty...just don't have the core strength yet...and then there is also the fear of getting my hair wet...ha!
We're halfway through the year...what's one book, movie, or activity you've loved this year that you'd recommend to others?
Nonnas on Netflix- WATCH IT

It has rained for 12 straight Saturdays here in NH....I usually try to focus on the positive but I am going to say it...I am sick of it...I really hope our weather turns around soon...we had no spring so hope we get some summer bliss soon!

Paddle boarding would be something neat to master! Ugh about the weather. That is nuts! It's got to turn around soon, right? Have a great day!
hahaha! I would have to say my 2nd born daughter adds a little spice to my life.
I watched Nonnas a little while ago and loved it, such a heart warming movie!
I hope you get a dry Saturday!
Good morning! I am visiting from the Hodgepodge, and I have to say that I giggled at most of your answers! My firstborn, a daughter, was a HANDFUL (and continues to be despite being married and a mama of two littles). Her attitude though!!!!!
Have a lovely day!
Sorry for the rain. We've had about 12 straight days of it but it's not all day. It's usually ok in the am and then we have storms in the afternoon.
Rain every weekend! I agree that it's been a bit much.
Paddle boarding would indeed be something neat to master instantly!
I love basil too, especially fresh. So good!
I'm working on my paddleboard skill. I've done something to my ankle and will see an ortho later this month as it's possibly a stress fracture. I haven't been on the paddle board this summer because I don't want to do any more than whatever it is I've done. Ugh. We've had an unusually rainy spring here too and I'm ready for hot and dry. There is rain in our weekend forecast but hoping they've got it wrong. I love basil too and we grow it here. Every time my grandsons walk past the plant they grab a leaf and eat it : ) Have a great day! I hope there's some sunshine in your weekend!
I'd love to be able to do SUP and Yoga on a SUP but I don't think I have the balance for that. I'm good at holding poses on the ground but I shake so much I think I'd definitely fall in! Right there with you on the rain; it poured yesterday too and yep pretty much every Saturday (or Sunday) and Wednesday. According the owner of the gym who only gets a 1/2 day off on Wednesdays today was the first sunny one she's had off in months.
I enjoyed your answers. yoga on a paddleboard would definitely be quite the skill.
