Hi Friends and Happy Monday. I am here with Sarah and we are chatting about our weekends. If you want to join us, you can linkup below.
Friday Night
My mom took me out for dinner and then we drove up to the high school and watched Diana cheer in her very first varsity basketball game. Our team is fabulous. They won by 20 points
Saturday
Since our week was awful and traumatic, I ended up getting sick but because there is so much to do this time of year, I powered through. Once Diana was settled at work and Rob and Pidge were off to hockey, I took my time and started the wrapping. Once Rob got home, he helped me finish before I collapsed. Eva was off with hockey friends.
That night, The McLains hosted their holiday party. We went for a little bit just to be social but left early so I could crash. Ended up with a few pics, mostly of decor...
Sunday
Diana and I headed to mass while Rob and Eva were at hockey. Then I got the meal planning and groceries done as well as some cooking. Then binged some more One Tree Hill and relaxed.
Later on, Eva played with hockey friends, Diana went to cheer choreography and Rob and I headed to visit some of the cemeteries
We crashed early...just trying to push through another week here...what were you up to?

I’m sorry to hear that you had such a horrible week. I hope things are better now & that you have a great week ahead. Basketball games will be fun this season!
I'm sorry you got sick- still looks like a pretty good weekend. The party at your friends' house looks amazing- that food and decor. How fun that you have another season of cheer, er, games to watch :). I hope you are feeling better and that you have a much better week than last week...
So sorry you're not feeling well on top of everything else happening in your life right now. I love the party decor with the white and gold Santas and trees. So pretty! I hope you get some rest and recovery time this week and enjoy your family. Take care.
So sorry to hear your week wasn't the greatest. I hope things look up soon for you!
I'm sorry to hear that you weren't feeling well. Hopefully it will run its course fast, so you're better for Christmas. The party decor looks beautiful!
Thank you for still showing up here for us in spite of the way your week/weekend went. It's my turn to tell you that you got this, my friend. I know you know that, and I know you are surrounded by an army of people who love you! Prayers for you and your whole family. ❤️❤️ I'm so glad you got some quality time with your mom. Sometimes we just need our moms, right??
I hope you were able to get some rest. When hard things happen, it certainly affects our physical state as well. Keep putting one foot in front of the other!
