So if you are looking for an appetizer to bring to a holiday party, I have you covered here.
I made this amazing dip last week for our holiday PTA meeting and everyone went WILD over it. It wasn't too complicated AND it was oh so delicious.
You can serve it with pita chips, tortilla chips, crackers or even bread! I served it with pita chips and roasted pepper triscuits and it was to die for!
I am making it again for a holiday gathering this weekend- hope to get the same reviews!
Here is how you can make it too!
Ingredients
2 (4 oz) packages of plain goat cheese
1 (5 oz) package of Boursin
1 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
4 oz of cream cheese, softened
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 box of frozen spinach, defrosted and squeezed out
10 green onions, chopped
1 (5 oz) package of Boursin
1 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
4 oz of cream cheese, softened
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 box of frozen spinach, defrosted and squeezed out
10 green onions, chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 9×9 baking dish
Set aside.
Beat together your goat cheese, Boursin,
Parmesan and cream cheese until smooth.
Beat in your salt and pepper and garlic powder.
Next, stir in your spinach and green
onions.
Spread this mixture into your prepared baking dish and bake
about 20 minutes or until nice and bubbly.
Remove and serve warm!
Delish!

This looks delicious! I love spinach dips. They make me feel like I'm adding a little bit of veggies to the splurging. =)))
