Hello Monday and Hello Festive Weekend!

Hi Friends and Happy Monday!  I am here with Sara and we are chatting about our weekends.  Hope you will join us!

I am recapping our very festive weekend....

Friday

I started my day with mass as I do every Friday and I just was wow'd by the beauty of our church as it gets decorated for Christmas

Back home it was time for tea and eggs (with my favorite truffle hot sauce)

Then time to get to work!

Friday Night

Eva hosted her Besties for a little Christmas Party...there were Festive Bites, a Hot Cocoa Bar, a very fun Yankee Swap and some Epic Karaoke...she had a blast and my Mama heart was happy I could pull it off :)

Don't mind my exhaustion #thisis2025

Saturday

Eva had a couple of besties sleep over so I dialed up my breakfast game...kept the festivities going and whipped up some Reindeer Pancakes and Snowmen Donuts ;)

Diana and I ran to Starbucks for her and then to Shaws to buy some plants for the cemeteries.

Then once the girls left, Diana headed to cheer practice and the three of us headed out to visit the cemeteries

Once we were back, Rob and I headed out to do the grocery shopping...it took two of us to battle the crowds and get the Christmas food shopping done.

Once we were home, we unpacked and then I ran to my nail appointment...it had been so long...my hands were a mess!

When I got home, I whipped up a nice dinner for Rob, Diana and I and we watched more of the Taylor Swift documentary on Disney (I am obsessed- poor Rob had to listen to us swoon)

Eva headed to a Softball Christmas Party and had a blast

We crashed pretty early...yes even though Diana went out...I can't stay awake for long...but if I wake up, I always track her on Life 360 ;)

Sunday

Diana and I headed to Nutrition Corner first thing for a new fave tea flavor- Birthday Tea which has pomegranate, cotton candy, blue blast and collagen in it- delish!

Eva and Rob headed to her indoor softball workout.  I made a meal for our neighbor friend who recently got out of the hospital and is home for good.  Whipped up her fave which is my Chicken, Broccoli and Ziti :)

Then I prepped some things for dinner that night and started the series on Netflix "Home For Christmas." Have you seen it?  It is actually Norwegian with subtitles...I was immediately sucked in!

Last night, Lea and Mike came over for dinner and we did our Christmas gift exchange.  It was the perfect night to wrap up our festive weekend.

Awww- I loved reading about your festive weekend. Can you say hot cocoa bar goals?? How fun for the girls- I´m sure so many sweet memories were made. Your other events looked fun, too. Your dinner with friends sounds so nice as does the dinner you made for your neighbor- such a kind thing to do. I hope you have a great Monday!

Aw, Eva's party looks like so much fun! What a fun and festive weekend. We had 2 Christmas parties too; my husband's work party and a family gathering with his father/step-mothers side of the family.
