I'm sorry you've been stressed but at least you've been able to see some good things about the month when looking back on it. I can't help but feel optimistic in so many ways even though sometimes stressors threaten to steal my joy. I hope your weekend is going well!

Oh, I'm so sorry stress is causing you to lose weight. I always lose a few pounds when I'm stressed too so I know the process is not fun.

Keep up the weight loss, try and write down what you are eating so when you aren't stressed, keep up the daily food choices!
