Hi Friends and Happy Monday! Sarah and I are so glad you are here! We hope you will join us for our first "Hello Monday" of 2025! If you blogged about your weekend today, grab our graphic above and link back up with us below. C'mon...it'll be fun! :)
Here is what our little winter weekend looked like
Thursday Night
I am back tracking to Thursday night because I have to mention my angel of a friend Suzanne...she turned 50 and since we were at Suzy's lake house, I missed the hockey mom dinner celebrating her so we headed out for our own celebration and had a great time. We tried the new "Tavern In The Square" near us at Tuscan Village. It was yummy and a great atmosphere...love this sweet friend of mine...sisters in Christ for sure
We both got incredible bowls
On my way to bed that night...this was my last sight ;)
Friday
I headed to a VERY early mass...then a hair appointment then I was back to work. I scooted out at lunchtime to meet Lea for a quick salad and then it was back to work...love how business is picking up! Woohoo!
That night,Rob, Eva and I headed out to an early dinner and then headed to the high school for the girls' basketball game. Diana and her team were cheering for them. It was fun to see the girls in action and they had a huge win. My parents and brother came up for it too!
Saturday
It was such a productive day! It included Revitalize- Meal Planning and Grocery Shopping- taking Diana to a private as she is working on her full
I also did some reading...particularly this book which was recommended to me for Diana by a fellow blogger-this is a keeper friends- for kids and adults alike!
We also did some work around the house and Diana and I did a quick two miles at the rail trail
That night, Diana headed to the high school hockey game with friends...Eva headed there with a friend too and Rob and I enjoyed dinner with the Batsons.
Sunday
It was mass first thing then lots of hockey
Game #1- 6-5 loss but they played so well AND Eva scored- yeah! The grandparents were in the house too which made it that much more special :)
My Favorite Hockey Mom (on her birthday) and you will see why here ;)
Then I headed home to cook and hit the rail trail.
Rob and his Dad went to grab new skates for Eva and we all met up at the next game
They had a great win- 8-4!
Then it was home to eat and head up to the final game of the weekend- the Middle School Game
Kayla and Ally took Diana out to cheer her up :)
So....what were you all up to? Fill me in!

Sounds like a great weekend! Glad work is picking up... and all of the activities, too! Congrats to Eva on her goal scored and on their wins. Your dinners/drinks out with friends so nice. Family time, friend time, games, fitness- this one had it all! Happy Monday, friend! PS- love the new graphic. Will link up since we didn't lose power and we have internet!!
Megaphone mom lol. Looks like a great weekend with a lot of activity, fun, and family. We didn't do a lot (that's interesting) as we finally took down the Christmas stuff which led to a bit of reorganizing etc etc. Have a nice week!
That bowl looks great and I bet you could re-create it! You are so good about celebrating your friends!
It sounds like a fun weekend! I always love hearing about what your girls are up to. I didn't realize there was an option for Friday morning mass! That's a great thing to give people the option of a different day. How sweet that your parents and your brother were there this weekend to cheer on your girls! I love family time like that. I hope your Monday gets off to a great start, my friend!
Hockey and a donut are the perfect combo. Looks like a busy but Good weekend.
