First in-person event in three years- so great to be back and among my HR peeps again! Being able to reconnect with my professional colleagues gave me more hope again and reminded me I have worked hard to get here and there is no stopping me now....

Yay for in person work events again! I loved being able to attend some in person trainings this past fall. Also, I will never get sick of a countdown to spring! I'm still waiting for my hold on that book to come in... Hopefully soon as I hear so many good things about it.
Those quotes you shared are great. The one about failures is such an important life lesson...if we're not failing once in awhile, then we're not learning. I tell my kids this all the time, and also my team at work.
