Friday Favorites (May 13, 2021)

 

Hi Friends and Happy Friday!   We made it!

Since I have a special trip to Aruba planned next week....to celebrate two of my best friends turning 50...I thought I would dedicate my Friday Faves this week to some favorite items I have snagged over the last several months for this big celebration....thought it would be fun so hope you will join me as I pack my suitcase ;)

Snagged this one at Nordstrom- it is La Blanca- the ruching is very flattering and I was looking for a turquoise suit and it is the exact color I was going for!

 Another Nordy's Find...perfect for dresses and shorts for dinnertime

and speaking of dresses...I scored this one on Poshmark...gotta go with Lilly on vacation!

Skincare

Have to have sunscreen...and I got this pack on Amazon- it includes sunscreen and an aloe spray...excited to try it out!

Treats for the Birthday Girls

Beth Ann and I put together some special surprises for all of the guests but the two birthday girls get some extra bling.  Scored these adorable crowns and sashes on Amazon of course!

A Cute Top

Couldn't resist the neckline on this one...snagged it from an online boutique...can't wait to wear it to dinner with shorts and wedges and maybe a new cross body ;)

Perfume

Have to smell pretty right?  Thanks to my family, I was gifted this on Mother's Day...I LOVE it....it is citrusy and sassy and perfect for me

Last but not least.....

I wouldn't let myself use this bag until I hit the 25 pound mark...well friends...proud to say I am there....I have been clawing my way there for sure....it is always a process and always a fight and I am so excited to use my new bag as a carry on next week....yeah!!!!

So...we are headed to Aruba for a long weekend...we are celebrating Cass and Laurel turning 50....I am nervous with all of the COVID testing and restrictions but know I will relax once I am on the beach....or sitting by the pool...just need to get there...get my negative results...and exhale...wish me luck!
