Hi Friends! I am joining Joyce for her Day In The Life linkup. I am capturing this past Tuesday the 16th.
Here is what my little day looked like...
Rob and Diana headed off to Merrimack for Day 2 of her orientation. Eva headed off to school for one of her very last days this year and I got praying, blogging and working!
Real Estate Meeting First Thing!
and then Team Meeting for My Full Time Job
Lunchtime meant taking the dog out, stopping to smell the roses (metaphorically) and making dinner which was Steak Tacos with Rice. I used this recipe HERE as a guideline.
Back to work...and a quick glance to appreciate our yard this time of year
That night meant a Fro Yo treat and diving into another episode of Smash and starting Season 5 of Sweet Magnolias!
Pretty basic and boring day...we are still recovering from our big graduation weekend.

Interesting and fun to read! A mundane question about the party- did you have a lot of food left over? I always love it when I work hard on an event/meal and there's enough left over that it gets me out of cooking at least for one night, lol.
We had some leftovers yes! They served as dinner on Sunday and Monday :) Definitely a bonus after hosting a big event like that Maria, for sure
I loved the show Smash and was sad when it was cancelled. I should rewatch. My hubs and I saw Katherine McPhee and David Foster a couple of years ago in a smallish venue. They're both so talented and their banter was fun. Your tacos look good. I need to get back into a good cooking groove. I've been winging it a little too much lately. Thanks for joining in! There was nothing boring here...I love the everyday life posts.
I love your pink/red top and your lunch looks great! I love seeing other peoples' days!
Looks like a great day! I love following along on day in the life posts.
We were obsessed with Smash here Joyce. We have binged the series several times. Diana and I went to see the Broadway musical a year ago- good but not as good as the show! I LOVE Day In the Life posts too- thanks for hosting!
Thanks Amy!
Me too Jen- thanks :)
It sounds like such a busy day! I love your glasses!! Those steak tacos look so good and your yard is beautiful!
I don't know the show Smash but I'm going to have to look for that. It sounds like a lovely day. I hope orientation went well!
Thanks Kim!
Thanks Joanne- it did!
