Friday Favorites (February 13, 2026)

Hi Friends and Happy Friday!  Wishing you a weekend full of LOVE...wherever you are and whatever you are going to do!

First, here are a few faves from our week....

Galentine's Night

It was such a sweet little time- the girls had a blast and the Mamas loved catching up!

Alterations

Love these little moments...Erin (the best seamstress) and I were talking about how early the girls are this year with getting their dresses...she is already slammed with business for Junior Prom in April and Senior Prom in May

 This Guy

So needy...so relentless...I can never sit to relax without him demanding my attention- ha!

 Catch Up

Great night of catching up with some of the best...Happy Hour...Salads...a chance to decompress :)

 Great Book!

A friend in town and a fellow cheer parent is a doctor and he works with women my age on strength and mobility and health in general.  He just published his first book and I ripped through it!  Such a great read and reminded me of how important strength training is in my exercise routine at this stage of life.  He talks about the importance and how to make a successful and sustainable plan and all the whys- so good.  You can find it on Amazon! Congrats Dr. Mike!

Before I bid you farewell for the weekend, I just want to say this one made me very sad...grew up with Dawson's Creek and my heart hurts for his wife and six kids.  May he rest in peace

Have a weekend full of LOVE my friends XO

I don't know how I was a kid growing up in the 90's and never managed to watch Dawson's Creek but I do remember so many of my friends talking about it. I was surprised to read of his passing yesterday. It looks like you had a really fun and full week!

I didn´t watch Dawson´s Creek but I knew who he was- such a handsome man and his passing is just so sad. Your events from the week look like a lot of fun! The Galentine´s dinner looks like a hit with the girls and the mamas. What more could you want? Donnie lifts weights and tells me how I should, too. I know he´s right. I should get the book to help motivate me to do strength training. Congrats to your friend on publishing the book. Have a great weekend!

I agree that death was sad. All those children growing up now without him and he seemed to really love his family and being a dad. That pic of your pup is too cute : ) Enjoy your Valentine's Day weekend!

Your Galentine's night looks like so much fun! Diana's dress is beautiful! That book sounds fantastic and it was such sad news about James Van Der Beek! I grew up watching Dawson's Creek too.
