Moving
Loved the rail trail this week and my cardio core class...in addition to yoga and lifting...the cardio core class pushed me extra hard this week
Eva's Lunches

I hope everything goes so well this weekend! Looking forward to reading about it :). Your meals all look delicious! I'm glad Eva is loving cross country. Running isn't a glamorous sport but you learn something about yourself when you push yourself, create goals, achieve them or at least improve a lot. And, you can solve all the world's problems during one run. Who knows what solutions Eva will come up with, lol! The hockey IG page is cool!
Thank you Maria- I am always so inspired by runners like you. It takes so much strength and determination!
I love weddings and look forward to hearing details. Glad Eva is enjoying Cross Country. My brother ran and has coached high school CC for many years. He's a wonderful coach and is in the NJ Coaching Hall of Fame. He was a high school guidance counselor and has been retired a couple of years, but is still coaching there. He can't quit it seems. Your bowls look yummy. I love a bowl meal. If you like shrimp check out the Skinnytaste shrimp bowl recipe. It's so good and I make it often. Have so much fun this weekend!
Aww! Congratulations to the happy couple! I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!
Good job to Eva with the XC and your meals look so good! I miss making my girls lunches, I never thought I would ever say that. lol
Go, Eva go! Your meals look delish this week. Can't wait to read the wedding recap.
I will definitely check that out Joyce- thank you!
I know- I can imagine Kim- it's the little things!
Thanks Jen!
