Here is what our little weekend looked like here...backing up to Thursday Night first....
Thursday Night
We had a great night out with some besties. It was a fun dinner at Copper Door- lots of catching up- lots of laughs- good for the soul.
Friday Night
I headed out with some Senior Mama Friends- oh we reminsced about the trip of a lifetime in Aruba and shared how grateful we all are that these kids found each other. We ended up closing down Red's- too funny! Such a great night and agreed we have to do it more often!
Saturday
Rob, Eva and Papa headed out first thing to hit Connecticut for the first softball tournament of the season. I headed to the gym...
Heated Yoga First Thing- felt sooo good! Then time for my shower, tea and meal planning and grocery ordering.
Then Diana and I got into our comfiest sweats, certainly not runway material, and headed to the movies to see the much anticipated "Devil Wears Prada 2"...
oh we LOVED it...I thought it was better than the first actually!
When we got home, Diana got ready and headed to work and I ordered some takeout for myself from Common Man. I enjoyed a nice dinner and watched the movie Table 19 that my mom recommended. It was a cute little flick.
Diana headed out with friends after work and Remi and I crashed. I started the series "Imperfect Women" on AppleTV. It is really good!
Sunday
I was up early and made a few meals for a friend who just had surgery. Then I headed to mass and to grab a tea. After mass, I brought the meals to my friend and hung out for a bit.
Later on, after some organizing for the week, I headed out to meet Tina and Misty for lunch. It was great to catch up and we had a little surprise with live music!
Last night, we crashed early. Senior Assassins started at midnight- pray for me- ha!

We saw The Devil Wears Prada 2 as well. I thought it was entertaining though I couldn't get over the lead actresses' youthful appearances and the fact that Miranda wanted to keep working at her age. Granted, a nice office in NYC is a far cry from a germy middle school classroom but still... The rest of your weekend looks really nice- what fun meals out with friends! Have a great Monday!
The time with friends and at home both sound lovely! A friend at work was telling me last week about the show Imperfect Women. I hope to re-instate Apple TV later this summer, so I will have to remember that one. Thanks for hosting and have a great Monday!
