Longer Days- Less Frigid- Fun Nights Out With Friends
2. Are you afraid of heights? When was the last time you found yourself dealing with a height, and did it make you nervous?
Yes I am. I am afraid of a lot of things unfortunately. Small Spaces- Heights- Birds- you know the drill. I had to deal with height when climbing a very steep staircase in a home I was showing. It made me very nervous so I told my buyers..."I will wait downstairs for you...take your time." I couldn't get downstairs fast enough- eek! ;)
3. What's a word you struggle to spell on a regular basis, and sometimes need to double check before writing it down? Use the word in a sentence that tells us something about your April calendar.
Wednesday. We took our friend out for dinner to celebrate her birthday on Wednesday night!
4. Love 'em or hate 'em, with Easter comes the sweet treat known as Peeps. So... do you love 'em or hate 'em? Speaking of peeps, what's your favorite way to have chicken?
We love 'em here...especially when they get stale and crunchy. We have topped hot chocolate with them in the past and even made s'mores with them. Pivoting to chicken...my fave chicken dish is Chicken Milanese...but I am a sucker for crunchy chicken tenders too
5. This week's Hodgepodge lands on the first day of April, which happens to be National Poetry Month. Do you like poetry? Share a favorite line or two from one of your favorite poems. What makes this one a favorite?
Not a huge fan of poetry...had to read so much of it in college as I was a writing major. This one, however, always stayed with me:
The Road Not Taken
6. Insert your own random thought here.
This is Holy Week. It is my favorite week in the church all year. It is when I feel closest to God. I read as much as I can and get into the church as much as I can to remember all of the suffering and sacrifice and to put myself there. Easter weekend is a celebration of the resurrection and all that came to be and I don't take it for granted.

I didn't know you were a writing major in college- that's so cool! Or that you were that afraid of heights. Oh man- good for you for going up the stairs! Wednesday trips me up sometimes, too! A few days old Peep is THE BEST! Love the Robert Frost poem.
I always say the word Wednesday as Wed-nes-day in my head when spelling it and that seems to help me get it right. I don't mind stairs if they're closed. I don't like the open framework some stairs have, particularly out of doors. I know in my head I won't fall through but it feels like I could. Have a wonderful day and Easter with your family!
Your March sounds like a good one, especially the fun nights out with friends.
hahaha! You are me! I am afraid of everything too. I have to spell Wednesday like a child. Wed-nes-day! lol
That shirt is great! Wishing you a wonderful Easter weekend!
Were you a writing major? I think you are a fabulous writer :)
Closed in stairs are ok for me too :)
Glad I am not alone- ha! :)
Happy Easter My Friend :)
