Diana's Confirmation

Last weekend was a big weekend!  Not only is it the holiday season and full of traditional events BUT this year, Diana was getting confirmed too!

Two other families/our close friends were also receiving so we decided to celebrate together.  I agreed to host and we all chipped in to have the reception catered after the ceremony.

It was a really special weekend!

Saturday Night was the rehearsal

We got silly as we were lining up- Diana's sponsor was Big Brother Zach and I was Ella's sponsor...check out our selfie ;)

The kids snagged our table when we got there and as soon as I made my way over, they were all apologies...I was scratching my head...they all said "The Joy table was taken"...so cute!

After the rehearsal, Ella wanted to do a snap chat with her sponsor so I obliged ;)

Our family then grabbed dinner at The Pasta Loft in Hampstead- great food and fun atmosphere- perfect family QT too!

Sunday was the big day!  We got to our church an hour early to line up and wait...

The ceremony was beautiful...the Bishop was wonderful....so funny and engaging and made everything so so special!  We weren't allowed to take pictures during the ceremony but we were able to snap a few with him after....

Back at the house we took some more photos...

 The Three Candidates!

We enjoyed dinner catered by The Chateau in Andover- they did an amazing job!  Everything was delish!  Our cake was made by Kat of Party Cakes Bakery right in Windham and she did another wonderful job!  The cake was beautiful AND delicious!

We loved chilling and celebrating together- it was so special to have all of our parents together- the men were in the family room watching the big Patriots game and the women were in the kitchen and dining room catching up, discussing wine and having some laughs.  The kids were EVERYWHERE....grateful for this special time...I will never forget it
