Hi Friends! So happy it is Friday BUT it was a great and very productive week!
Linking up with the lovely ladies, as always, HERE and sharing some faves from our week.....
Eating The Rainbow
Forgot to snap pictures of most of my meals this week- will try and get better as I refer back to these pictures for my ongoing health work!
Fave MEMEs of the Week
The Pidge
Loving her breakfast...and playing in the snow at school...pure JOY!
AWESOME Election Results!
Our Little Pidge will be going to Kindergarten full days starting in the fall- we are so grateful! Now the money we put toward our daycare bills can be put towards saving for college- Praise God! This little bugger is so ready too- I am so excited for her and all the kids in town!

Our candidate choices also won- it was a great night...and I decompressed with some Mama friends as we are held our breath waiting for the results- we were really pushing for Full Day K and screamed when we won- ha ha!
90210
We are watching an episode a night....paying our tribute to Luke Perry XO
Inner Peace Course at St. Matt's
So my church is hosting a new event...I read it in the bulletin and then I put it aside...I thought I am too busy...but then one of my besties Beth Ann asked me if I would do it with her and I thought this must be a sign and sure why not. We had our first gathering on Wednesday night and it was wonderful. So much scripture and so many lessons...it truly is like being back in school...I am glad we are doing this during Lent and thrilled to be spending even more time with my bestie BA XO
Starbucks
This past Thursday called for extra caffeine. It was a busy day on the road for me. On my way to an HR conference, I stopped at Starbucks and tried the new Cloud Macchiato- friends? Amazing! I opted for the caramel flavored one- delish and just the right amount of jolt. I am thinking that is why it was such a productive conference and rest of the day for me- ha ha!!
Work Anniversaries
So Janie and I each celebrated some great anniversaries at our firm over the last few weeks- she celebrated eight years there and I celebrated four. As I always say, I am so grateful to do what I love with the people I should be with BUT the added bonus was finding such a wonderful friend in the process. Now I don't know what I would do without her. We showed our love by gifting each other flowers, cards and treats because that is how we roll and I LOVE US!
PTA
If you have been reading awhile, you know I have grown to love my PTA peeps and the work we do together. Our Annual Educator of the Year event is coming up and I feel honored to be part of such a great program. As a result, I have been able to see my peeps a bit more often this past month and I am amazed at the talent and brains in this group and just need to sit back in awe once in awhile :)
That's a wrap! Hope you all have a wonderful weekend- ours is jam packed with fun! Come back on Monday to see what we were up to!
Ohhh I need to know more about that Starbucks drink.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the full day Kindergarten! We had that in our public school system a few tears ago. She is going to be so ready for full day.
