Day By Day - Daily Devotionals by Joyce Meyer

This book has helped direct me this past year.  I am ready to purchase a book of devotionals for 2018 and welcome any of your suggestions!  Thank you in advance :)

Giving Back

Some of our favorite ways we give back during the holidays include Our Giving Tree in Church, Making a Meal and Delivering it to our local soup kitchen and visiting our family members.  I would love to hear your favorite ways of giving back.  I would like to start another new tradition this year with our family and help those in need.  Any and all suggestions are welcomed and appreciated in advance!

Looking forward to pouring over your faves...with my coffee of course :)

  3. That dress is so perfect!

We always enjoy visiting a local nursing home, I've been doing this for almost 20 years, since I was a little girl. We always contact the nursing home to coordinate the visit but have done crafts, read books, or just chatted with the elderly - some of which don't have family that visit! Or in recent years we started volunteering at a local animal shelter - walking dogs, playing with kittens, etc. We usually bring some blankets, food, & treats too!

  4. I like Joyce Meyer. I will have to check that devotional out. That mug idea is a great one for Christmas. I like that Old Navy dress but rarely shop there.
