Hello Monday 2022!

Hi Friends and Welcome to the NEW Hello Monday for 2022!  Sarah and I are so glad you stopped by! We hope you will join in on our linkup fun- share anything about your weekend or week or whatever you like and link up below!

Hello Monday!  Here are some scenes from our super wintery and super cozy winter

Friday (Snow Day)

Mama stayed toasty working inside BUT I pretended it was summer in my tank top and Red Sox cap- HA!

That night, Remi and I watched Clueless....I know so random ;)

Saturday

DATE WALK and it was 17 degrees- UGH!!  We made the most of it!

Starbucks and Dance of Course

Then a trip to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's for Mama!
That meant an awesome dinner for the fam and while I was busy cooking, someone gave tubing another shot

Loaded us all up on vitamins too- getting good at this- trying to stay healthy!

That night, Rob took the girls to a high school charity hockey tournament and Windham won!

This meant that Mama could take a long hot shower and settle in with some reading- currently reading The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo- very good and thanks to many of you for the recommendation!  Then I picked up my Christmas gift from Diana.

The Thing About Jellyfish is one of her favorite books and she made some personal notes for me in each chapter- I went through a few and then had to stop because my tears were making it hard to see....so so special...will treasure this always...

Sunday

It was Ally's Birthday- 29!  Last year in her 20's!

Sent her a couple of pics....

Us back then (Circa 2005)

and us last year with Kayla

It was time for mass and hockey then Mama had to get sewing- new pointe shoes again- learning more every year- each pair will typically last Diana for 20 hours- we buy two at a time so she can alternate which means we replace them every few months.  She has some big things coming up and needs to be in new and strong shoes so glad we got that done- LOVE Linda at The Dancer's Closet in Nashua- she is a pro and so so nice!  She always comes through for us!

Then it was time to snuggle and watch some movies...

and then a big rehearsal for Diana...I got to watch some of it...so fun

That's a wrap- ready for a new week- how are you all doing?

  1. Your snow photos look so fun! One of my favourite childhood memories is visiting my family in New York, enjoying a white Christmas, and having the best snowball fights!!

  5. Those notes in that book are so precious! What a great idea for a gift. I used to love Clueless (and can quote most of it by heart). I miss those days of kids sledding-- often I felt guilted into going out and joining them and it was such great exercise and always made me sleep so well that night.
