Currently: May 2024

Hi Friends!  I am here for Jennifer's link up!  Joining the fun HERE and talking about what we are up to currently.  This month we are talking what we are: loving, looking forward to, seeing, reading, and wanting

Loving

Having the windows open- the buds- the blooms- that Spring is finally here!  Time to start the yard work...and almost time to open the pool!

That also means that softball season is upon us and the craziest month of the school year BUT I will take it all- grateful for everything even the springtime craziness :)

Looking Forward To

Diana's Cabaret- Eva's Softball Seasons (spring and summer)- Nantucket Weekend with the Girls- Memorial Day Weekend- everything Spring!

Seeing

The Bon Jovi documentary on Hulu entitled "Thank You Good Night"

My favorite band of all time- some things are so fun to reminisce about and some things I wish I am not seeing- either way, if you ever liked Bon Jovi, you should check this out!

Reading

"Family of Liars" by E. Lockhart (The Prequel to "We Were Liars")

Another slow read like the first one but I am committed and just want to see what this is all about

Wanting

So much right now- isn't that human nature though?  I want my girls to finish the school year strong- I want their friendships and relationship (Diana's) to thrive- I want the job market to pick up- I want a relaxing summer....so not that much...ha!

What's up with YOU all currently?

  2. Bon Jovi is my favorite band too. I've seen them 9 times in four decades (80s, 90s 2000s, 2010s). I have one episode left of the documentary. I also need to watch the interview Jon did with Michael Strahan.

    Happy Wednesday!

  3. I didn't like family of Liars as much as the first book but did think they were both pretty good. I've been thinking a lot (mostly today) about all the yard work I want to tackle by Alec's party next month and trying to come up with a plan to get it all done soon.
