Today is our Eva's 9th Birthday! Happy Birthday Eva (a.k.a Pidge)....how are you such a big girl?!! You are an old soul so it feels like you have always been a wise little bird :)
You were the easiest and best baby ever! As long as we kept the food coming, you didn't complain :)
You slept in your crib when you were only a few days old! You loved your crib and you loved your rest....and you loved to come every where with us...you were always such a great sport!
You love the sports you play- hockey and softball and basketball and at the same time you love dancing and acting and being in shows- very well-rounded!
You idolize your sister and YOU are a great sister and friend to all who are lucky to know you
We call you "OCD" or "The Narc" because you already act like you are a cop or detective and everything has to be just so and on schedule or things get messy in your world ;)
Your teachers know you want to be President AND they all say they can't wait to see you make that happen- everyone truly believes you will be someday!
You love to read and your latest book is The Diary of Anne Frank- you are all ready for 4th grade already!
You also love musicals especially Hamilton and Mamma Mia and The Lorax for which you are playing the part of a Onceler Family member in NEDE's production next month!
You have made some great friends at school and at dance/theater and you just love life!
You love your family and your friends fiercely and to know YOU is to love You my Pidge...don't ever change...Happy Happy Birthday!
and we started celebrating Eva this weekend! Here is what our little weekend looked like
Friday Night
Friday Night it was time to celebrate Lea's Bday with the girls- 6 of us enjoyed spoiling her and taking her to dinner at 34 Park in Andover- it was an amazing night!
First- the outfit - ready for a night on the town!
and The Crew!
Saturday
We were up bright and early and because Diana was up in Maine for the New England Drama Festival, Pidge had to come on our walk with us...so it was a family walk...sorry forgot to snap a pic!
Then it was time to get Eva to Lorax rehearsal and we divided and conquered. Robby B had a hair appointment and went to Home Depot for mulch and then got Eva her big birthday gift -a phone!
I went grocery shopping and then picked up Eva from rehearsal. When we met up at home, we surprised her with her gift...a phone...she started "narc'ing" it and following us on Life 360 and monitoring the weather...she was cracking us up!
Once I got some things prepped for her family party on Sunday, we brought Remi to the groomers and grabbed a fun Mexican dinner nearby in Manchester
Then it was time to grab some ice cream and head back to get Remi AND pick up Diana at WHS as she returned from a blast of a weekend with her theater peeps!
She had so much fun but I am glad she is home- we all crashed early!
Sunday
We headed to mass and then divided and conquered once again- Rob went to grab Eva's cake from Kat and The girls and I headed to the party store to pick up some balloons...
Then it was time to celebrate with our family!
What a great day for our little Pidge!
Last night, Rob and I finished the docuseries we started on Saturday "American Manhunt- The Boston Marathon Bombers"- oh it was incredible- so haunting and brought back all of those memories....then we crashed.
What were you up to? Sarah and I are so glad you stopped by. If you blogged today, grab our graphic below and link back up with us! Thanks for stopping by :)
