Hi Friends and Happy Monday! Hope you had a great weekend- we sure did! Here is a glimpse of all of the festivities...
Friday
The "Fab Four" snuck out for our annual holiday lunch. This year we checked out Zachary's Chop House right in town and it was amazing...this pic kills me...we ordered a Tuna Tartar appetizer to share BUT the restaurant didn't have any chopsticks so Laurel "Lulu" and I ran next door to a Chinese restaurant and they were happy to give us some...we just can't do Asian without chopsticks...I know hysterical ;)
We exchanged gifts and BA gave us the cutest signs..this one is so perfect for Lulu
That night, I picked up a couple of my besties and we headed to Lisa's 50th Birthday Celebration at Tuscan Market...it was a beautiful celebration for a wonderful friend!
Saturday
We started with our Date Walk- yeah!
Then it was time to get Diana ready for her dance party and put together a veggie platter for that evening...got this shot of Diana from her friend...her contemporary teacher took some artistic shots of the kids during their party and they had a blast getting creative!
and I am happy to say we got to relax so much during the day! There was PLENTY of Hallmark happening :)
That night, Rob and I headed to the McLain's for their annual holiday party...the girls headed down for a festive evening with Papa...(forgot to share these pics from last weekend...they helped Papa put up his Christmas tree and decorate...so precious!)
and back to Saturday night....lots and lots of fun and silliness...oh and a Dance Party...woohoo!
and on our way out...this freshie and her bunny ears...insert eye roll emoji here ;)
Sunday
It was time for mass and hockey and then we visited the cemeteries as we do every year....due to the unusual warm weather many of the stones were covered in moss...I had to snap a pick at my grandparents' stone though (my Dad's parents)...I truly believe my grandmother is my guardian angel and watches out for me and answers my prayers....
When we got home, we relaxed for a bit and then we all headed over to our friends' The Phillipe's house for an amazing dinner...my contribution was this chocolate peppermint bundt cake :)
Woke up feeling grateful! Today it is back to work and today is the day I am lining up my plan for 2022 because I really want to crush it- professionally AND personally! What were you up to?
Linking up for Hello Monday HERE
What a fun and fabulous weekend! We spent a lot of time Saturday relaxing and watching movies too. It was so rainy that I had zero desire to go outside.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like another fun and festive weekend in your neck of the woods. The celebrations look amazing and how fun that you had snow. The perfect pre Christmas weekend!
