A Mother's Day Weekend with Lots of Wizard Of Oz Mixed In!

 Hi Friends and Happy Monday!

This was a whirlwind of a weekend and here is why....

Friday

Diana had to miss school for a full day of filming Wizard Of Oz.  The girls' dance studio is making a movie for their end-of-the-year performance....As soon as I got home from the gym, I helped her with her makeup but I was so proud that she did it on her own with my instructions...and then whisked her to the studio, snapped a few pics and then headed back to my desk.

Some of my friends snapped some pics and a video throughout the day so I could catch a glimpse :)

That night, Rob spoiled me for Mother's Day and made sure I went to the spa for a massage....

and then it was a trip to Tory Burch and dinner with my little fam before the craziness of my weekend began...

Saturday

We were up at the crack of dawn to sneak in our date walk...

and then Diana and I were at filming from 7am-5pm...we were on location at Mack's Apple Orchards in Londonderry, NH

I worked the slate again- my favorite job!

We came home to some awesome takeout from The Beach Plum- Lobster Roll FTW!

Sunday

Happy Mother's Day!

We headed to 7:30 mass and then met our parents at The Irish Cottage so we could take everyone out for breakfast!  Though it was super busy and we had to wait forever for our food, we made the most of it and had some laughs....

Then it was off to work for Diana and me again.....

On location again- this time at a private residence with a barn in Londonderry, NH

Hay....Goats...Tractors....Oh My!

Loved seeing a tornado being built and boy did we have some laughs....

Such fun but sooo tired- another long day- was happy to come home and crash and enjoy some very thoughtful gifts from my stepkids :)

and a big kiss from my son ;)

Hope you all had a wonderful Mother's Day Weekend!

  9. Our dance studio is doing a drive-in film for their final production this year (little short dances from each group) and I can't wait to see it. Your dance studio sounds like it went above and beyond in filming a whole show. Wow!
