Recent Eats
Have you tried these Cauliflower Thins from Outer Aisle? I snagged them on Amazon ad they are ah-mazing! 50 calories per slice- packed with fiber and nutrients
For a breakfast, I spread 1 TBLS of Lemon Hummus on them and enjoyed them with my eggs :)
New Salad at Copper Door = Citrus Arugula- topped it with Ahi Tuna- Oh so good!
Drive
My gym is moving! Wednesday was my last class in the building.....it is bittersweet...this is the place that really taught me how to exercise consistently and truly change my lifestyle....I never thought I would have the courage to walk in those doors....I wasn't the "Drive type" but friends...here we are, four years later....still a work in progress....so grateful for this place and CANNOT WAIT to see the new location next week! They are moving into a beautiful new complex called Tuscan Village and it is going to be amazing!!! Here is my last class in the "Shred Room" with my favorite instructor Mary :)
and the almost empty Turf area......

Enjoy your weekend!!! I look forward to reading more from you when you have time to blog again.
ReplyDeleteI'm looking forward to Ulta, Old navy & Chick-fil-a opening at Tuscan village. It will be nice when everything is open. Tell Lea that I said Happy Birthday. I love Portsmouth. I want to go there this Summer. There is a Mexican restaurant that I love called Pocos. They have a cool deck that overlooks the Piscataway bridge.

I love the photo with your pup! Hadley loved playing softball for quite a few years before she focused on running and dance. Have a great week!
ReplyDelete@TheRantings YES! I can't wait for some restaurants at Tuscan Village! We went to Poco's for lunch on Saturday- one of my favorite places ever- I still swear they make the best margarita around- even better than the ones in Mexico- I called them "Nectar Of The Gods" ha!
