Better late than never right?
Christmas Eve
Was wonderful...because we had visited the cemeteries the weekend before, we had no running around to do so we visited our friends (The DiPrimas) and brought some food....and got to see Cjay...
and then I took my time and made some zeppolis (came out horrible- sorry Nani) and prepped for that night
and the next day....of course I fed our awesome construction workers too!!
We went to 4pm mass and then headed to Auntie Peggy's for our traditional Christmas Eve celebration :)
The next day was probably the best if not, one of the best Christmas's we have ever had as a family :)
Presents and breakfast with the kiddos!!
Aaron painted a portrait of John Lennon for Rob
Zach says, "that is a legitimate smile" ha ha!
The feety pj's were a big hit with all the kiddos...especially Batman ;)
We bought Zach's football jersey and framed it with a program for him- emotional
*We bought his "away" jersey too so we could frame it in "Mantown" :)
and because Zach ALWAYS tries to steel my Pottery Barn blanket..."Santa" got him his own
and the new iPhone-real crowd pleaser as you can see
The big hit for Diana this year was Doc McStuffins...and all of the trimmings...the doctor bag...the phone...etc etc
Breakfast was french toast casserole and Bacon, Egg, Cheese and Hashbrown Bake
Dinner was seafood cocktails, prime rib, garlic mashed and so much more...pure indulgence
and you always have to have my Dad cut the roast...it is tradition
