Currently: July 2025

Hi Friends!  I am joining Jennifer for her fun Currently linkup...one day early again due to tomorrow's Hodgepodge...so anyway...this month we are talking about what we're currently loving, savoring, celebrating, remembering, and trying....so let's get to it!

Loving

That Blackout Prep is here once again

and all of the time I get to spend with my girls

Savoring

All the summer flavors- fresh berries- corn on the cob- all the fruit- grilled meats

Celebrating

America's Birthday...starting Thursday...

Remembering

My girls....when they were little....definitely a period of reflection and remembering right now

Diana then...

 and now...

and Eva then...

 and now...

Trying

to enjoy every moment this year...the last one with Diana home...as a wise person recently told me...it is best not to waste the year crying and being sad...instead...enjoy it all...remember it all...and hold onto all the moments

  1. Awww- great comparison pictures!! You will love the upcoming school year for the milestones and be a bit sad, too, that the high school chapter is ending. Lots of emotions- accept them and enjoy the moments. I have a feeling that you will! You are a great celebrator of all the things- this upcoming school year is your time to shine :).

What adorable photos of the girls.
Enjoy your time with Diana, I am making the most of this summer too as it's my youngest girls last year in education and this time next year she will be looking for a full time job and going out into the real world.

  8. Thank you for the reminder to embrace senior year, and not to spend it crying. Sam still has another year to go but it feels like it's coming quickly...
