I AM READY FOR A 5k AGAIN!


WOOHOOOOO!!!! I reached my first running goal this morning- 5k on the treadmill- took me 47 mins (roughly 4 miles/hour) but I did it! It was so hard but now I feel great...going to start researching the local races now...stay tuned!
