Hello Monday (March 30, 2026)

Hi Friends and Happy Monday!  I am here with Sarah to chat about our weekends.  Hope you will join us!  Here is what our little weekend looked like...

Friday Night

I was able to sneak out for lunch with Lea.  Great way to take a break and catch up with my girl.  I got really busy at work this week and I was so happy because of that.  Nothing brings me more joy than when work is crazy busy and I can't catch my breath.  Haven't felt like this in so long and I am holding onto it for sure!

Anyway, I digress, that night, I brought Eva to a birthday party and then Rob picked her up and they headed up to a club softball game.  Diana and I grabbed some Fro Yo and enjoyed catching up.  When I crashed, she headed out with friends but of course had to wake me up when she got home to spill all the tea...I love those kinds of nights :)

Saturday

It was time for heated yoga first thing (best ever) and a tea from Nutrition Corner.  Then, back at home, the four of us watched the Senior Prom and Graduation episodes of 90210.

Later on, I took Eva up to the high school to see the Middle School's Production of Oliver Jr.  Her bestie was playing Oliver and she did an amazing job!

That night, Rob and I headed out to dinner with Jess and Joe.  It had been too long!  We picked them up and then headed over to nearby Nashua and to one of my all time favorite restaurants, Surf.  It did not disappoint.  The cocktails were on point and our dinners were fab.  We split some awesome calamari and a special sushi roll for apps.  Then for dinner, I got the scallops that were in a chili hot and sweet sauce- just delish.  We had a great night of catching up and trading funny stories.  Good for the soul.

Bathroom Break- Dinner Fit

When we got home, Diana was getting home from work and then getting ready to head out again.  She and her besties had a sleepover at one of their houses.  Eva crashed when we did...oh yeah and Remi did too ;)

Sunday

Rob took Eva up to softball practice.  I got some purging done then got ready and headed out to meet my mom for coffee.  We enjoyed catching up and then I met the rest of the fam at mass for Palm Sunday.  When we got home, I made us a nice Sunday dinner and then we watched the Passion- one of our Palm Sunday traditions.

Later on, Rob took Eva to a fun basketball game at the high school that the Boosters were putting on.  She was excited to get some autographs and a pic with a favorite player.  They are the Harlem Wizards.

I did some more purging then crashed pretty early.  What were you all up to?

  6. Love your black and white pants! Oh, the teens want to talk so late at night! I struggled staying awake but they were great times to get the info out of them! Ha! We have a joke that Gilmore Girls put me to sleep and I would wake at the ending music every time. So fun to watch senior show scenes, prom scenes, grad scenes, etc.
