A Fun Drink/Meal
So given that I am a big Tiktok fan, I have been getting great ideas on just about everything. This drink was suggested by a gal I follow on a similar health journey. It is a great boost of caffeine AND a big punch of protein with 15g in the shake. It is a total of 165 calories when all is said and done.
You mix 1 Alani (preferably strawberry or one of the pink ones) and 1 strawberry protein shake. I picked up a four pack of Atkins ones. You mix them together and enjoy over ice. Delish
You can use any kind of shake you like and you may even find some that have more protein. LMK if you try and what combinations you come up with. Always looking for new ideas!

DeleteI think I understand where TS is coming from with the quote but I hope she realizes that ultimately, everyone is going to be judged by God... so maybe don't do everything that you want if those things are sinful (I do realize she's not contemplating eternity with the quote but that's where my mind went!). Your events this week were exciting and memorable. Speaking of memories, you will make such good ones in Aruba! Have a wonderful time, friend!
